Well-plate Sampler

 

The Well-plate Sampler is the injection system used for a variety of tasks.
In general, carry-over is below 0.01% using the standard wash procedure and below 0.005% using an injector program with additional steps

Sample Capacity	2 well plates (96 and 384) plus 10 additional 2ml vials or up to 100 vials
Settable injection volume	0.01-900µl with small loop capillary
Precision	Typically: <0.5% RSD from 5-40µl <1% RSD from 1-5µl <3% RSD from 0.2-1µl
Carry-over	<0.05% using the following conditions Column: 150x0.5mm Hypersil ODS, 3µm Mobile phase: water/acetonitrile: 85/15 Column flow rate: 13µl/min Injection volume: 1µl caffeine (=25ng caffeine), 1µl to test carry-over Outside wash of needle: 20c with water using flush port
Temperature range	Settable from 4-40 degree C in 1 degree increments
pH Range	1.0 to 8.5 recommended
